Came here to fly a drone because Phoenix only "allows" you by city ordinance to fly "from"(once in the sky, it is pretty much a moot point) certain places. This is unfortunate because there are some great parks here that it would be awesome to get an aerial view of, but oh well. The park is a nice place for that for flying the drone, there were no issues whatsoever. Lots of people flying drones here, everyone was very respectful, there were no problems. The park was clean and pleasant, people asking dogs, children with their families, it was a very nice just biennial park, not for hiking, but a good b pace to walk your dog or the your kids. It's always great to find nice hiking or running trails near Phoenix Arizona and it's attached to a park for my kids to play after wards that's a + for my family since we are used to having everything nearby in California. Plenty parking, playground, gardens with activities that families can do all together, restrooms and much more. Looking forward to visiting this area next time we are out in Phoenix Arizona.

This park is so great. Big open fields to sit and enjoy the outdoors, an airfield for model airplanes, rockets and drones. A big playground for the kids to play on. There’s a beautiful community garden here as well. Probably the best park in sunnyslope. Exercise equipment and almost a mile long loop for walking, running, etc. This park has everything you need and can not forget about that amazing Mountain View!
