At 62 years old I still longboard skateboard. I love carving the parking lots at the stadium, big shopping centers and malls. My wife of 40 years passed away last June. I am lost with my world turned upside down. I have trouble keeping my mind off the subject and focusing on things. So longboard skateboarding pulls me back down to Earth so I can deal with this. I have never had a custom longboard built special for my height and weight and my special needs.The crew took me under their wing and explain things I didn't know. They built me a special longboard specifically for me and my carving needs. I felt like family in their warehouse. I advise anybody who needs a longboard skateboard to go to Muir skate. They will take care of them and help them out with a custom board for their needs. I'm from Hawaii and no longer surf. So now I carve the big parking lots with my longboard. Special Mahalos to the crew at Mira Skate shop for taking care of me. I will definitely be a return customer and take my friends there with me to. I was so pleased I had to run home and customize the board with all of my stickers.

They always seem to have a great selection, easy to understand guides, and competitive prices without gimmicks. I hear customer service is great, but I’ve never had to use it because my orders have always been correct and shipped quickly. I don’t longboard much, but they will always be my first choice.

I was looking into two specific boards but Muir didn't have it on their website so when I emailed, Scott put both of them up there within a couple days!
