So..... I called here randomly one day to ask about prices for guitars and just to ask a million questions about buying a guitar as a surprise for my husband. The moment this guy (Charlie), i hope i got that right. Answered the phone, I knew i called the right place. He literally talked to me for almost an hour, emailed me some guitar ideas I asked about, and he suggested. Well, I ended up with what my husband had asked about that closely resembled his favorite guitar. I picked it up just a few hours ago, and we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful guitar, and my husband was ecstatic. We also purchased multiple things alongside the guitar, and every single guy their was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, and pleasant to talk to. We had a blast driving all the way to Tigard. Well worth the money and time to go there. Definitely would recommend it to everyone who loves music as much as my family does. Thanks guys, you've been an absolute pleasure.

We had a wonderful experience at Music and Arts! The store manager, Charley was so knowledgable and welcoming. He took all the time needed to help us select a Blues Harmonica and a Ukulele as a fun starting instrument for our grandson. They recently changed their hours (now opening at noon btw) and Google hasn't quite updated yet, so when I showed up shortly after 11:00, they could have easily turned me away but they didn't. Instead they were nice enough to let me in and take care of me so you get a couple instruments to show off in today's music class. Super nice guys super helpful! Greatly appreciate and hope you have good luck getting the hours changed on Google! :)
