This place is overall great I would just watch out for there outlets when bringing you’re own gear had a tube get blown bc of a power surge they took care of the cost tho so nonetheless good people I’d just be weary of there outlets if you plan on bringing a tube amp or any amp in general.

Had everything we would of needed except we shot video there so brought our own stuff. Didn't like the fact that we had to haul it all up 2 flights to be in a large room. Room smelled like cigarettes & pot & was musty. Our overall experience was good because we finished what we went there for. Prices we good for rental & we even got to extend our shoot by an hour.
