I went on a Sunday afternoon. I had a small window and I called to make sure they were available. When I mentioned my short availability, she mentioned they had enough staff available so I could get both mani/pedi done at the same time. It was a cute shop with tasteful decoration. However when I mentioned I wanted the most basic mani/pedi with no polish it seemed like they were not that motivated to provide a good service. And the service in fact was mediocre at best. It felt like they rely on the polish to cover for not cleaning your nails/cuticles well. While I appreciate the accomodation, discount, and reasonable pricing, the accountability and integrity was definitely lacking. I work in healthcare and specifically requested to cut my nails as short as possible, that also was not followed. I was hoping to make this place my regular but unfortunately I don’t think I will be returning.
