While I am aware that New York does not lack authentic Chinese food, I thought everything I had here was just tasty and I didn't really know how else to describe them. My friend and I ordered some of their signature dishes and some dishes that we would eat while at home in China, and since my friend was a foodie, I had some expectations for this establishment, and was not disappointed. The soup dumplings contained a good amount of soup and had a lot of flavor, so the overall experience was very positive. The chicken soup was also very flavorful, and seeing the oil floating on the top made me recognize right away that it was going to be good. The chives boxes weren't as full as what I have had at home, and the chives taste wasn't as strong, but they were still really tasty. The fried rice wasn't too dry or too oily and had good flavor. The pressed tofu and celery dish offered a good contrasting experience since it was a cold dish and had the right amount of saltiness. Finally, the dumplings were just great since they had the perfect thickness for the skin, and were pretty big in size. With all of those ordered, my friend and I had a great time eating Chinese food and catching up. I am aware that this establishment has a few locations within the city, so I am glad to see it thriving and truly wish it best of luck in serving the local communities with quality Chinese food.

Excellent one of the best soup dumplings I've ever had. The Taiwanese style ribs are the melt in your mouth type. The Shanghai stir fried udon noodles are very good. But the star of the show is definitely the soup dumplings.

This restaurant just opened in Stamford and I’m so glad that their food is amazing since Stamford doesn’t have many good Asian restaurants. Their soup dumplings are yummy, big filling, and the soup is very juicy. We came here on Sunday and there was an outdoor event right in front of the mall so it was busy but the staff were very nice. Our food came out fast. We ordered way too much for 2 people but that’s fine 😌

Nan XiangXiao Long chinese restaurant 24 West 33rd (5th ave) The quaint small restaurant is clean and the restaurant practice good hygiene and still masked during this age, perhaps clear mask would be more personable so you can see your waiter face. The chicken soup broth was mild with fresh ingredients and delicious. Salt pepper porkchops had nice flavor but too oily should be more crispy,as the pork dumplings had nice flavor profile but again soggy. The Garlic cucumber was crisp, right balance of vinegar and sweetness , delicious. The portions for take out is small compared to when you eat in-house it should reflect the same whether in-house or take out. If your in the neighborhood give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

The food here is entirely worth the wait and trip if you’re not super close. The udon and Lucky six Soup Dumplings options were my favorite. The Lucky Six is an especially good deal to try out different flavors without having to get a whole set of each one. Staff was kind even when they let us know we had to give up the table (the place was getting busier since we arrived and my friend and I somewhat overstayed our welcome. I understood and brought the leftovers with me). Would love to pass by again for another meal
