We ate outside, which meant we needed to use takeout containers and plates/utensils; however, the waiters still checked in a few times. The fried rice was the highlight here, it was quite good. The fried dumplings were also good. I wasn't a big fan of the ribs or the spicy soup dumplings. We did order a lot of food, but the tab still felt like it came out pricey

You have got to try this place. I've had Nana's Dim Sum recommended to me multiple times and finally made it in today, and kicking myself for not coming sooner. The food was fantastic. The kitchen had our food prepped and at the table in a steady flow. The staff seemed to really work together as a team. Our server Laurence was great and made our birthday celebration special.

The food at Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings was absolutely delicious — creative, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We were excited to try a few things and asked our server for recommendations. She suggested 2–3 dishes per person to share, so we followed that — but it ended up being an overwhelming amount of food. We left with not just one, but three takeout boxes. With 15 years in the food and beverage industry myself, I know how important it is to help guests navigate portion sizes — and I really wish we’d been given some context so we could have ordered more mindfully. What made the experience even harder was how the atmosphere shifted near closing. We arrived around 8:30 p.m., and by 9:30, with other guests still dining, the staff started doing heavy cleanup around us, turned the music off and on, and checked in frequently — which created a lot of unnecessary pressure. It wasn’t just us; you could see other tables feeling stressed too. As someone who loves and supports this industry, I always leave at least a 20% tip — and we did — but we walked out feeling disappointed and on edge when we should have been relaxed and happy after such a great meal. With a little more attention to portion guidance and closing procedures, this place has everything it needs to be a true five-star spot.

The quality of food was AMAZING. We especially enjoyed the Chinese broccoli, which had the most amazing broth/seasoning! Service was also attentive and kind. Would love to come back when we visit Denver again!
