Crystle's customer service skills are off the chart. She educated me on the products that I purchased, and did it with a smile on her face. She created a very welcoming experience to the point that I will go nowhere else, and I must pass at least 10 other smoke shops to get here. I hope that the owners realize what an awesome employee that they have in Crystle. Other smoke shops employees are on their phone or treat you like you are stupid when you ask questions. That doesn't happen here. Thankfully, I have found my new smoke shop home, because of Crystle. Also, Crystle noticed that something was bothering me, I told her what it was, and she gave me her honest opinion on the matter. She gave me another solution than what I was thinking, and I can't thank her enough for her advice.

This place will ROB YOU BLIND OF your money by selling bad and dried out Tobacco products on purpose. The lady knew the wraps were bad when I came back in. She knew something was wrong. I bought several cigar wraps that are dried out and they don’t offer replacement but purchase again and get a discount but that might be dry as hell wraps too. I’m not wasting my money. Don’t come here. Go to liquid vape 4 u. Better service. Nann is trash.
