Nice trail. A bit aggressive, but nothing too terrible. As with everywhere else in these mountains -- beautiful views of all points East. Special tip: if you find yourself up there just as the sun is starting to set behind the ridge, check out that Eastern view! Sometimes you can see that sunlight reflecting off of buildings as far away as Denver itself!

It's nice, easy hike for family or with dog. Biking trails as well just pay attention to the signs on what's allowed where. I'd say it's fairly annoying that soooo many people don't pick up after their animals. There are no bathrooms here so just be prepared.

Very convenient place to hike. We parked in a neighborhood and we're about fifty meters from the trail start. It links into all kinds of other trails so you have plenty of options. We went later in the afternoon and saw little traffic
