This used to be my favorite spot. Today I found out the replaced the mushrooms with canned corn and kept the same price or higher The corn takes away from the mixed of flavors I have come to enjoy. Ordered the chicken, Ramen and pork soup dumplings. Flavor on the chicken Ramen broth was wonderful, and the pork soup dumplings were very tasty and the thickness of the noodle was just right. Really enjoyed the poached egg and the chicken Ramen, made perfect - just a little runny, how I like it. They also have some sort of truffle mayonnaise that didn’t totally make sense, but it was so tasty, I ate a little bite alongside every bite :) There’s a wonderful gal named Maria who works the counter, super friendly, and helped guide us to the best options.

2/2025 update: Ate here again and it's soo good. Delicious Ramen. I got the pork Ramen with extra pork. Ask for the chili sauce, it was a nice addition. I really like the way they cook the egg as well. My friend got the spicy shrimp Ramen and enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back for more. Update: I ate here again and tried the soup dumplings. Simply delightful. My friend tried the pork chasu fried rice and said it was fire. I had the chasu Ramen again and was not disappointed. Ate here again, full delivered what I was craving. The broth is so good with the added chili sauce.
