What a disappointment. We got a group of 10 together for our friend’s birthday. They told us to go upstairs and they would bring us to our room and they forgot about us. We tried to get drinks at the bar, but getting a pen to close out proved to be very large ask. We were escorted to our room 20 minutes late. Our server showed us how to work youtube and promised to bring a pitcher of water. She bragged about drinking on the job and told us to use the call button if we needed anything. Button did not seem to help; got our water an hour later. The birthday girl asked for a dirty shirley, which the server had to check to make sure they could do. It cost 20$. You have to give your ID and let them keep it while you are there, so when our server promptly kicked us out of the room at exactly 11 pm, it was not at the top of our mind! We had to turn the uber around to go back and get it. Our birthday girl was now crying, so I went with her into the building to help her get her ID back. Security was UNBELIEVABLE. The guards only allowed the birthday girl back upstairs…for safety??? I pointed out we had just left the building, she was crying and I didn’t want her going up there alone. Security and I argued and another security guard took birthday girl upstairs to get her ID, where she was sexually harassed (in front of security, who did nothing, naturally). As we left, the guard I was arguing with pretended to radio 911 into his shoulder. We were so shocked and saddened by this whole experience. Luckily, we made it to the next bar that had plenty of dirty Shirleys, water, and security who’s priority was their patron’s safety.

We didn't have any food, just drinks. The drinks were definitely doing what they were supposed to do. Karaoke room was a nice size, clean and nice & cool on a hot summer night. I had a ball with my friends on my birthday. I didn't like how they close the tab after every transaction. 9/10

They delivered our room 36min late. They gave us a different room from the one I had reserved and wouldn’t give me a reason on why my room had been changed. Charged a tip twice without informing us. The manager charged the wrong service at first then wanted to charge me the correct service and just refund me the extra charge he said it was going to take up to 4 business days for me to get my money back. The manager said he would respect our three hour reservation for getting us to our room late then we were being kicked out an hour before. A girl threw up in front of our room door couldn’t walk out the room to use the restroom for a good minute. Manager and server had an attitude the server cleaned our room in a very passive aggressive manner which was unfortunate I’ve been here before to celebrate my birthday and the staff was amazing not sure what went wrong today. Poor communication from the whole team. Very disappointed in tonight’s service.
