Then got upset when I didn’t go to the right spot? How about you take a moment to show the customer where to go. Lazy Rude In need of serious training. I still purchased from them, but the other services I was going to request I’ll be going elsewhere. I wish I’d have just given the $360 release back to him and told him I’d buy it direct from their site. They did not earn my business but they were fortunate to still get it.
