What a unique experience! If you’re in San Diego, make a reservation. I went with two of my gal friends. After finding the secret entrance, we were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess and brought into Noble. Our mixologist was very friendly and created the yummiest craft cocktails. Also, there was a patron there who cozied up to our table and didn’t pick up on social cues. Our mixologist saw this and stepped in immediately to make sure we were okay. THAT alone would have been enough for me to rave about this place.

The bar that Noble Experiment is nestled within is actually really nice. However, when you step into the speakeasy… 😩 it was such a vibe! You’re greeted by the hostess who checks your reservation then taken into the speakeasy. Very dim lights, good ambiance, low music and great room temperature (not too cold or warm). The bartenders are very knowledgeable and always circle back to make sure you’re not in need of anything. I normally take photos but the mood was so chill… I kind of forgot. 🫣 I took my boyfriend after dinner as a way to decompress and it’s definitely a cute spot for date night. My boyfriend had an old fashion; he enjoyed. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Stepping inside feels like walking onto a movie set—an intimate, dimly lit space with skull-covered walls that creates an almost surreal atmosphere. Easily one of my all time favorite bars, and worth multiple visits to sample their ever-changing menu.
