The bacon seemed like it came out of a bag and was overly dry. The whole dish lacked seasoning and flavor—definitely not what you’d expect at a restaurant positioned as elevated dining. That said, the highlight of the evening was the bartender. In stark contrast to the food, they were incredibly hospitable, warm, and attentive. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out and made an otherwise underwhelming experience feel at least somewhat worthwhile. Would we come back? Not for the food—but we might stop by for a drink at the bar and a chat with the bartender.

The blistered tomato flatbread was an explosion of flavors. Their chocolate cake was equally good. We also got some olives, cod cake and tofu buns, which again were pretty decent. We’re not usually a hotel restaurant/bar person but this one we’d gladly keep making exceptions for.
