My review is solely based on my interactions with the owner, Lori, whom seems to be too busy to try to run this establishment and work a 9-5! After all of the delayed responses and promises to call back, she finally confirmed the date for my party, which was a milestone birthday by the way! She was not at the establishment when she said she would be for the meet up and walk through, then finally showed after having to call her. I should've been ran and start to look elsewhere, but giving her the benefit of the doubt and trying to support our people smh.. We did a walk through with my event planner, and she let me know that all guests need to purchase a cigar in which I told her, I would be buying them in bulk for my guests. She went on to gaslight me, telling me that's fine and she would make the labels for the cigars and everything! Then turned around and canceled on me, in which I did not know until 2 days before the party!! Her reason?? "Oh, I didn't think you wanted to have it here because you don't smoke cigars." So what if I don't smoke cigars! I am well aware of the type of establishment this is and that does not mean my guests don't! That was pretty bold of her to take it upon herself to make this decision on her own! All I will say is KARMA!!

Nolo's is one of my favorite cigar lounge. What I love about this lounge is that it is very spacious. The owners are friendly and professional. Are you having a big event? No problem. NoLo's is very spacious for weddings, anniversary, and more. Not to mention, NoLo's cigars are fresh and ready to smoke. Outdoor food is welcome. Free parking, the best part about this cigar lounge is the ventilation system. I highly recommend this place
