WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had previously been to Big Star Bingo with some couples and we had a great time. When I saw this Bingo Hall while running errands, I decided to stop in. First of all, the pricing is totally confusing. Usually you pay one price for paper and another for a computer, but this place had all these add on deals and optional this and that. Pricing is super confusing. Second, you better bring some cash because the average person at this bingo hall has 10+ computers. No joke. Finally, because everyone in this hall is using comptuers (only) and they are all automatic, the ball caller goes WAY too fast for daubing on paper, you never know what game it is, and it's impossible to hear. It was zero fun at all. Most of the time I was playing catchup as the numbers came out super fast. I asked some of the employees which game we were on, and they didn't even know. They were just endlessly hawking pull tabs to the gambling addicted clientele. It was really sad and not fun and people weren't friendly and it just sucked completely. I would go back to Big Star Bingo for a fun night out, but going to this place in the daytime is like going to the racetrack and sitting at the OTB under the stands.

I've been to this bingo hall throughout the years when I go visit Austin from Amarillo and I finally figured out that it's the caller that irritates me. When there is new people and you know you haven't seen these people there before you would think you'd try to make sure that people understood what we are playing I sat right in front of the caller stand so basically had eye contact and would look at her like is it this game and she would look the other way. Caller needs to speak up and more clearly and players would not have to wonder what game she's on at this particular time. They sell so many pull tabs and I'm sure that's how they make their money but emphasis is put on those pull tabs it takes away from the customer service.
