Absolutely beautiful for hiking and observing. However, I have given a 3-star rating in hopes there will be better management of the people who come with their glass bottled beer and barbecue grilling trash

There's an unmarked entrance on Ladera Norte, and a few more entrances on Valburn, but they're right inbetween people's houses which makes it awkward. The only real trail is a few hundred yards from the Ladera Norte entrance, but soon the "trail" disappears altogether. If you're looking for a nice stroll, to see some nature with the kids, or somewhere to do some running or biking, this is not it. Looking for bushwacking, exploring, and feeling like a real pioneer? This is for you!
