Go in and ask for ALI! Came in as a farm mom needing options for my kids. These guys are Awesome! Threw in helmets for free and they were good quality. Dropped the price on both units several hundred dollars to fit our needs. These guys do anything they can for their customers. They also can ship parts to your door. The quads themselves were built very well. I was honestly shocked for the price at how good the suspension was built on them. They even had farm and race options in terms of style and features on tires and shocks. From 12-24v electric ride ons (which they have a whole showroom floor filled of) to the floor of atvs and go carts all for kid needs these guys are amazing!

This beauty came with all parts and everything they said it was gonna be. I'm now looking into buying more sports bike from them the only thing which wasn't their fault, was the battery was dead. I talked with customer service to let them know about the battery. Customer service was very nice, professional and understanding. Quality products none to contact after the percush.warrnty is hard to contact.noone answers the phone's who dose ansuer the listed phone on the website is rude and has no idea what he is doing and has no information for the consumer for warranty parts & labor. I have no problem ordering and paying for ther products, if you pay for ther products and have problems with the prouducts they sell ther ar noone to reach out to, the consumer is stuck with a defected product and no one to reach out to. It's my experance. I have bought two HHH brand 50cc scooters with the same eshues that makes the bricks unsafe to ride and enjoy, and I have made a nurmas of calls,left mesages,sent emals,text messages. I have been ask for help with the prouducts for 3 to 4 weakes, I have not reacved any responc back from NTX power sports and I am stuck 2.200 hundeeds worth of useless procduts. DO NOT buy from here. They are nice upfront and take a few bucks off. These machines are poorly made and have dangerous problems. Carb goes out every few months and when it does the accelerator gets stuck… so dangerous our son could not stop it until it crashed into a tree. Owner refuses responsibility and does not care. AVOID
