Alec Bulat has been an incredible personal trainer who is tremendous at taking his wealth of knowledge and packaging it into easy to understand language for all skill levels. The group classes as well have been a great opportunity to utilize my skills in a wider setting while still getting personal and committed attention when needed. Overall this gym is a great option for those just getting into working out to those trying to get themselves to that next level physically.
