My organization rented this space sight-unseen since I was traveling in from out-of-state. Once I arrived the day of our event, I couldn't have been happier with the space and the level of service from Jeff and his team at 4W43 Building! The weeks leading up to the event, Jeff always picked up his phone or got back to me right away when I had a question. I love that he packaged everything together for one fee (including tables & chairs, security, AV tech, etc.)... no surprises! The day of the event, our room was set up ahead of time, Jeff's team arrived promptly by 6am as promised, and everything was perfect. I've managed a lot of events and I wish they all went as smooth as this one. Location of this space is central and easily accessible on the ground floor. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs. They addressed questions and concerns promptly leading up to the event, which helped make the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the event, their on-site team continued to shine especially the IT/tech support staff, who made sure the presentations ran flawlessly. They were quick to resolve any technical issues that came up, which was a huge relief. While we had no notable issues, I can confidently say that the professionalism and support from the team exceeded our expectations.
