We pulled out of dock at 6:45 was supposed to sail to 10 pulled back into dock at 9:15. And the DJ was wack as hell he played the same music over and over

Sailed 7/27/24 and boat was over 1 hr late to arrive at pier 36. We set sail at 11:30 when it was supposed to be a 10pm departure. Prior to boarding security riffled through women's pocketbooks like they were looking for stolen goods....they don't even check your bags like that in a theater...bar tenders were slow and way too inexperienced...bathrooms on the ship need upgrading...staff seemed to be a bit miserable and tired since it was so late in the eveving...whoever manages the pier foot traffic needs to make sure that there is a way for passengers to get through to their designated area...we had to literally go through an extremely huge crowd of over 100 passengers who were corraled via metal gate awaiting another ship in order to get to the area that our boat was leaving from which was a dangerous situation...

Went July 4th 2022, Boat was overloaded, could barely move around. We paid more to be upstairs, everyone was upstairs with no chairs. Chaos ensued. All the young men acting as security really did their best but drunks are notoriously drunks. The food was disgusting. Cheap, badly cooked and barely edible. This was really expensive but no money was spent on it. The boat set itself up so that most of us on the top were blocked by the wheelhouse and could see the fireworks in the glass buildings better than ahead. Once the driver rotated the boat for a few minutes and we got a good view but right back again to block us. Nightmare! don't bother to pay, just walk to the waterfront and watch for free.
