Lovely park and while only 4 tennis courts, not as crazy busy as some of the others as presumably less tournaments. Easy street parking by courts Observatory in general is a great place to visit as well. They host events all the time for star-gazing, tours and views through their amazing telescope, etc. Go and bring a picnic to enjoy in the park before or after one of their events! I was told there are 2 bathrooms is park area - playground and in the small dome shaped building by the observatory main building

This park is spacious, beautiful trees 🌲, lots cozy places to relax, many bench areas, or for a nice walk. It is kinda hidden off of Evans but is well worth a visit. 🙂

It's difficult to give this park a rating, because 4 seems too low, but 5 seems too high! Despite the accessibility of this park, I've never experienced, what I would consider, overcrowding. It's close to a busy street but still feels isolated from it (partially because of the beautiful trees). There's places for everyone to play! It's good for a picnic whether you want to spread a blanket or sit at picnic tables. The red stone building are beautiful and hold some nostalgia.
