A great rental location. A unique personality from the 1920's construction, while providing great views of down town. We've used this location off and on for a number of years. Primarily for photography sessions, but it's a great venue for parties to you name it. The folks managing it are great to work with and I highly recommend it.

Great venue!! Beautiful in photos and very affordable. Bruce was always very efficient at communicating quickly. The staff was a big help. Hung lights, set up chairs, whatever they needed to do to help. We were able to have the entire 3rd floor to get ready, for the whole day. The exposed brick walls look especially nice in photos!! We had a photo both, 2 bars, buffet table, DJ, and tables and chairs inside and outside. We also went back to do an anniversary photo shoot! Love the pics we got!

We had our wedding there this past July and it was wonderful! Accommodations were great, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in giving insight on how the set up should be. Great venue, very different, use if you're looking for a different type of wedding. Large industrial style spaces with great views of the city of Dallas.

This is a really cool venue! We were here working on a fashion photoshoot and it was a really great setup! I may share some pictures later on once they are processed. But for now I wanted to share the love and say this place is awesome!

I photographed a family here. It was utterly indescribable the possibilities. Gorgeous facility inside and out. It's nestled in downtown just off the highway. Historic charm, beautiful window light with staircases and several stories high. Fashion shows have been done here, venue for events, or portraits. It's of of Dallas best kept secrets and one of Kinney Studios favorites.
