Isaac told me it was a 25 minute wait for Shave ice waited 35 minutes. Went up to the counter asked him when we can get our ice and he said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Horrible service. The guy was clearly racist. Me and my son will never be coming back here. Complete air ball on service!?
