Ohana is a lovely studio located in the shopping center on the NW corner of Ocean St. and Soquel Ave. The entrance is the BACK door, not the door facing Soquel Ave. and you can park in back easily. Sessaly’s classes are deeply educational, fun, accessible and inclusive. The levels are accommodating, so don’t be afraid to try a class slightly outside of your level range, you’ll still learn something I promise- I was impressed by the thoughtful, physiology informed programming. I like that there’s a bodega in the shopping center so I could grab some caffeine before class. You just need to bring yourself they have grip, mats etc there.
