My waitress was amazing ! Shout out to her! But the manager on shift tonight 07/01/2025 Jaz was very unprofessional, with that coming from a former restaurant worker/manager. The threats of writing up my waitress was very unprofessional over mistakes the bartender had. My waitress had no control in how things were being given to her . The bartender Samantha A.K.A spooky commented that salting my draft beer cup was more difficult than salting my bottle beer false! So I never got what I asked for which was my draft beer at all this night. She keep sending out bottles w my waitress. My waitress communicated with her my order and she still continued to send out bottled beer. To avoid conflict my waitresshad advised me of the situation and I told her it was okay and not her fault. I come here often and tonight was my first unpleasant experience having to deal with those two individuals. The food was good but was not made correctly so my waitress had to go correct the cooks mistakes as well and up to the point of finding a red hair in my salsa ! Very poor containment of a persons hair while making the green salsa . I spend money here and come here often to have what I order not for it to be altered due to managers or bartenders moods . On top of all of this the manager being very unprofessional was seen sitting at a table on her phone after saying what she did and not helping correct the issues tonight which were not my waitress fault! I will be reaching out to corporate as well.

I'm here today, celebrating my boyfriends birthday and service is poor. Cassandra our server, took over 25 mins to get out drinks. I would understand if it was busy, but even the banda asked for table service and not heard. Thank you for understanding and would recommend to have better service for further reference
