Went there 2 times a week since the beginning of 2025 lots of money spent at this smoke shop I was a loyal customer so this is frustrating. Bought a bad vape that wouldn’t charge a few days ago and the two younger male staff would not let me switch it out for one that works! (Still was full on juice) not much time had passed since I bought the vape and tried to return it. Money wasted. Considering how much money I spend there it seems crazy to not let a loyal customer return a faulty product. Not a good way to treat a loyal customer. There is a different smoke shop not too far with similar prices I recommend people go to the one on Thomas and 44 street. They lied in their reply The vape did not work just fine, it won’t charge at all the battery has an issue. I still have it it is at full juice. You offered me 3$ off a different vape. Gee thanks guys.😕

Bought a battery from here that was a store display model. It wouldn't hold a charge after getting it back home and charging for roughly 1.5hrs~.
