Unfortunately this place was a place that I had visited before and liked but after today I won’t be coming back. I dropped off my daughter to get a French tip acrylic. I asked how long it would take and the lady said 1 hour we ended up waiting 2 hours which was annoying but not a big deal. Once my daughter showed me her nails it was not even close to what she had asked (Lam) the nail technician. She was very rude and kept repeating herself saying that was what my daughter had asked for. I said no and showed her the picture we had showed her from the very beginning. I gave her my card so we could pay and another employee came by to ask that we give her a chance to fix it. Which we appreciate but unfortunately it was worst then it was before so 3 hours later, $75.00 plus $2.00 card fee and 3.5% fee AND sore bloody fingers. What should have been a quick nail salon visit turned in to a nightmare for my daughter. Please see pictures below. They look so tacky and badly painted. They are also very thick. I guess we just caught this lady on an off day…? Hopefully they consider refunding me. I’ll keep you all posted!

This nail spa is bright, clean and lovely. I had a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The nail professional, Lisa, helped me pick out a perfect color and gave me a wonderful manicure. The young man who did my pedicure was caring and thorough and my feet and legs feel wonderful now. The woman who painted my toenails was friendly and careful and made my toes look so pretty. The salon is large and they have excellent pedicure chairs and they'll offer you a glass of wine or a soda during your service. I highly recommend this great spot.

Definitely not happy how my nail turned out. I got full set acrylic and pedicure. The nail tech didn’t even clean up my nails all the way and was super sloppy on the nail design. I also asked for hibiscus flower not a daisy. This was my first time coming here, i definitely won’t be returning. Came here to pamper myself for my birthday, don’t recommend this place to anyone. The owner called me about getting them fixed and they did get all the acrylic off of them and did a polish. I wasn’t exactly happy with the management because the owner took me to the side and asked me to remove the review if I was happy with my nails. I didn’t do it right away so he texted me too like 2 hours later. I also figured out they over charged me too. I definitely will not be going back or recommending them.

I had such a pleasant experience here, Nina Gave me the most beautiful nails I’ve ever had! My natural nails are so short, so she gave me acrylic but they look so natural! She took her time and stayed late, we also had a really nice conversation. I genuinely felt cared for and I will 100% come back to see Nina!!
