We went there kind of late on a Friday night and thought they’d be rushing to close since we were one of the last tables, but the service was amazing. Our server was super friendly and chill—made us feel totally welcome. The place is beautiful, very well decorated, even the kitchenware caught my eye—plates, glasses, silverware, all really nice. Food was delicious, drinks too. It’s not cheap, but totally fair for Denver prices. I parked right in front, but I think they have a parking lot just next to the building—take it slow so you don’t miss the entrance right after the restaurant on the right. Overall, loved it! Definitely going back. Sorry, I was so hungry I forgot to take pics of the meats when they arrived—they were amazing, but the real star was that cheesy bread with brie...Jesus!

We loved eating at Ollie & Parks. The service was excellent, very attentive staff and the tapas were timely. Our favorite dishes were the chicken sliders, miso cod, arugula salad, shrimp gnocchi and the bread and butter. Beware the short rib tacos are pretty spicy! The cocktails were great - buddy’s rendezvous was a highlight. Overall we were really impressed with the price and quality of the dishes.

I ordered the scallops and miso cod (via Uber Eats), and the scallops tasted great, but they only gave me two. The photo that was provided showed three, so for $20, I’m a little disappointed. Also, I like the micro greens, but the corn is too sweet. I’d prefer it was more savory. Also, the miso cod was good, but it was a bit too dry. Finally, the black rice is pretty, but doesn’t taste great. So 3 stars seems appropriate overall, IMO.

We had a great meal at Ollie & Parks last night! We were delighted to stumble on this new place with lots of small plate options and cocktails. We really enjoyed the beets, shrimp gnocchi, scallops, green beans, chicken thigh, and chocolate tart with the BEST caramel sauce. Their cocktail selections were wonderful, I really enjoyed the Take Five and my husband ordered and loved the Smoked Old Fashioned. Our server Nick and the woman helping him were very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and Ned made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We are super excited they opened in our neighborhood and can't wait to come back and work our way through the menu! Definitely try something from every section! 👌
