Go. Somewhere. Else. I came with 8 friends to celebrate my birthday. We did the Penitentiary room. The room was completely broken: all doors could not lock, 3 locked cabinets would not open, and there was another electrical or mechanical function with another puzzle. There was a single host for all the games that were going on. She was a trooper and did her best to help us through all the issues, but she was new and inexperienced. At the end of the day, we "escaped" but there was no story, a.lot of frustration for a broken game. I emailed the company to get a refund, but they've ignored me for the past week.

Went on Memorial Day so I don’t blame the staff, but they were severely understaffed, 1 person was working 3 different rooms and manning the front desk at once, unfortunately due to that the room was not reset probably. Also there were some parts of the game missing like a critical book required for part of code and the maintenance of the room could of used some work, the puzzles were good for the most part but could of easily been guessed at.
