In particular Nick C. (resident concierge) is highly responsive. Everyone from the package concierge staff to the front desk attendants are kind and helpful. Moving can be challenging, time consuming & expensive. You won’t make a mistake with One Chicago. The lobby grabs you upon your initial entry. It is fused with brilliant color, warmth & stunning furnishings. Upon entering my unit, I saw the view… it was breathtaking! At night, I want to stay awake & breathe in every angle of my view. It is immersed in glimmering lights reflecting on tall buildings oriented in all directions. The unit captures the light from all sides and creates the warmth of a welcoming home. Furnishing it has been a fun project to capture all the angles and creativity of its construction. One of the most distinguishing factors and of critical importance at One Chicago is the staff. They are helpful, resourceful & kind. They quickly offer to assist is all capacities. I feel welcomed & greeted in the morning. It is a community environment from the lobby to your home… you can stay in your pajamas (with coat) and navigate easily into Whole Foods or drop down into Lifetime Gym for spa day. Life at One Chicago is an easy, comfortable lifestyle. If I had to choose a place to live again in Chicago… it would be right here!
