Extremely disappointed by the donation pick-up process. Was trying to generously gift a brand new couch to Out of the Closet because I believe in their mission so strongly, but was basically trolled by a person called "Alex" who called and texted me several times before pick-up day to tell me repeatedly, in a very rude and aggressive manner, a list of things they would not accept, none of which were in the description and photo I was asked to upload before scheduling the delivery. No idea how a kind, charitable gesture was spiraled into some sort of HUGE FAVOR Alex thought she was doing for me? I cancelled the pickup because the interactions were so terrible, ended up selling the couch to someone on Facebook even though I would've rather seen the money benefit a good cause. Zero stars for communication and lack of normal human decency!

They get restocked every day, have a good selection and prices. The staff is very nice. No changing rooms. They have a 48 hr return policy for store credit. Books are 1 to 2$. They don't have a separate section for below small size and some of their clothes are also disordered based on size, so don't forget to check other sections too.

Small, and when the clinic is open there are sometimes people there for that as well. I hate to take a star because the support for the clinic is one reason we come but it does make it awkward to shop the racks around the line. We still come any time we’re in the area and seldom leave empty handed!
