It’s a nice store and I love that it’s local. I just would not recommend ordering items online—at least for in-store pick up. I ordered 3 items and it took at least 2 weeks for them to be ready. Never got an email saying that they were ready and I had to keep calling the store and being put on hold. One time I called there were no managers and I had to call back another day in the morning time. Finally, when the items were ready for pick-up, I gave the store a call to ask. I was confused by the annoyed attitude. Then when I went to pick up I had to wait at least five minutes for some sort of code needed to check me out. Outdoor, please update or improve your system if you are going to have store pick up as an option.

Just went there today for the first time and definitely the last time. I got some glass cut work to be done and gave them the exact size, back home I see it is actually bigger that my order. So I went back to Outdoor, and while they admitted it was their responsibility, they claimed that they could not fix it and they don’t have any solution but to come another time. There were 4 professionals in front of me including the manager and no one was able to cut the glass properly. But I would have to come another time?? Finally one of them told me I could get reimbursed, and that I should better go to Ace Hardware. Ok fair. Going back to the cashier, the same person I paid to two hours earlier told me that since I paid cash they could not pay be back. She could clearly remember me, though I did not have the receipt. The manager standing next was having a fun time when looking at me… what an unprofessional place !! Run !! Update > As per the response received from the owner.. I did reach out to the contact and never received an answer. So fake response, what a scam.

The woman working the register was dismissive and rude, and was not interested in helping find a can of spray paint. 15 in stock and nothing on the shelf. When I used the step stool to check the boxes on top, I was scolded by another employee in plain clothes. No way to recognize workers, and hardly anyone to ask. Wasted 45 minutes of my day and will not be returning.
