First Oz and his wife are simple, amazing and kind people. They are patient and totally in love with music. I know next to nothing, (my wife's family brings in all the music knowledge through their history of professional musicians). However, I never felt looked down on by them. They always take time to answer my questions and help. You will find a plethora of new and used instruments and more. They are fairly priced and very knowledgeable. The camps and music class are a delight. My daughters love for music is being nurtured by Oz's pédagogie and talent.

Smaller businesses like this do themselves no favors with bad service. A few years ago I went in to buy my first guitar. I walked away feeling really forced into a used option. Unfortunately my phone couldnt pull up the same model online due to connection issues . As I learned later the same model I paid this store for was almost 200 dollars over the new purchase price. Better off spending your money at a more honest establishment.

What a wonderful gem of a store! The selection of instruments and the staff are really top notch. I was visiting Ann Arbor to give a performance with a trio of musicians playing traditional Cypriot music. However, in the hours leading up to the performance I found out one of the musicians was unable to make their flight and we were down to a duo. I am grateful and forever indebted to Olivia and Steve who saved the day when after I stormed in desperately looking for a frame drum. They were extremely generous and accommodating offering a range of different drums that met our needs, and thanks to them we were able to have a successful performance later that evening.
