This location in particular is my favorite. The food just tastes better at this location. My order is always right. French fries super yummy, burger tastes fresh. Location is convenient just off the exit, sometimes tempting when I don't even plan to stop here. And in general, I respect that they value their employees: their safety closing during bad weather, and work/life by closing on holidays.

I went there drive through on May the 19th, I was ordering burgers, fries and chocolate banana shake. When I was at the window, after I made the payment the check out lady handed me the shake, it was runny like water, I told her "is this shake supposed to be like this? It's runny like water" she didn't say anything because she was confused and couldn't speak English, She only memorized the words, only little words she spoke. So I talked to the lady was behind her she wore black jacket she seems like supervisor or maybe manager? Idk, and she speak well English because I heard she talked to the customer inside the building, I told her same thing "hello miss, is this shake supposed to be like this? It's runny like water" guess what? She didn't say anything she grabbed the shake from my hand and left, she came back and handed me the new shake then left again, didn't say sorry or anything. I asked the check out lady" can I have some of the ketchup please?" She looked confused again, the I pointed my finger to the box of ketchup in front of her, she gave me 5 ketchup then accidentally dropped 2 of them on the floor, I said " you dropped the ketchup on the floor, can I have more please?" Again she is like "huh" Finally she gave me enough ketchup then again they didn't say sorry or anything. I told them, "wow.. P.Terrys burger in this location the service is totally suck!!!! They seems hate their job 3 years ago the services was great but not anymore.

5 June2024 1st time stopping and eating at a P. Terry’s. This must be a Texas thang. The location I was at was semi busy. It is a place to great burgers and shakes if you don’t want to deal McDonald’s. The burgers are good(not anything to speak much about)moist, too much lettuce,and freshly made. All fresh products, I can definitely taste the difference. Delicious milkshakes. I got the milkshake of the month which was the Reese’s peanut butter. That was thick and super delicious. Love this location! Keep up the great, super friendly customer service.
