I have tanned here 6 or 7 times and the beds are great and it’s very clean. My issue is the staff. The ones I get during the day rarely if ever smile. They are professional but that is it. You will not get a warm or friendly greeting, or At least I never have. The shorter lady with dark hair who is there all the time I. The day seems like she is absolutely miserable and would rather not be there T all. And that just doesn’t work for me . I, at a minimum, expect a smile and a “How is your day going?” . I’m moving to glo for the staff who welcomed me with open arms the first time I walked in.

Great beds and clean facility! I would give this place 5 stars except for the scam they like to run to try to get more money out of you. They will tell you that your bed is occupied and it will be 20-25 minutes before it’s open and then try to get you to pay for an upgraded bed. I have passed on the upgrade several times and magically my bed is available in 5-6 minutes. What’s even more weird is nobody has left the salon in the meantime. This exact scenario has happened to me 5 times now. So as long as you are aware they are trying to get into your wallet, it’s a great place.

Her kindness and willingness to help me really blew me away. I even gave her a hug because I appreciated her help so much. That is rare to find today! Back Story: I’m currently in town visiting my in-laws for the month. I have a membership with Palm Beach Tan, but I always visit different Palm Beach Tan locations throughout the U.S. whenever we’re vacationing/traveling. When I do visit a new or different store … the staff usually does not greet me with the same kindness and welcoming attitude in comparison to my home store. The staff usually has a hard time finding my membership in the system, and then they’re quick to rush me into a bed in order to help the next person. Kaylie was so patient with me, and quickly found my membership (despite being new). She made me feel more than welcome, took me through the entire store to show me all of the tanning bed options, and even gave me some tips and tricks to get a better tan! Some of the suggestions she gave me really worked, and I’ve been using these tanning beds for years! Out of all the Palm Beach Tan locations that I’ve been to … I can honestly say that Kaylie has been the most helpful and knowledgeable. It was a nice surprise to be greeted with such kindness. This location is lucky to have Kaylie!

I've been to multiple palm beach tan locations, and this one is by far my favorite. I personally do the mystic tan, better suited for my skin tone. The staff is never pressuring me into buying extras, however, They are very informative on the extender, primer, bronzer, etc. Which all help me from a seven day tan to lasting 10-14 days. I've checked out all Costs, buying a spray tan package plus extenders, etc, vs some other plans they offer, and you can't beat palm beach quality as well as cost. Totally recommend to those who are non bed tanners. But if you are looking for an amazing spray tan, that will last more than seven days, I would 100% recommend.
