I have been a member with Palm Beach Tan for almost a year now. The facilities are always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of beds and always have deals going for upgrades and spray tans. I'm not a huge fan of the push to sell me product but I understand it is part of the job. Sometimes the rooms are freezing!!! But all in all I am really happy with this location.

This store has gone downhill since it changed from Darque Tan. For some reason, there seems to be a lot of turnover of employees. The best bed they have has been broken for about 3 months. The finger print scanner is a joke, as it rarely works. Often beds are not clean and you'll have to wait while they clean the one you want. Tiny mirrors in the rooms and no trash cans (they told me someone peed in one, so they got rid of them). Overall, it's mediocre.
