From our very first contact with Shawn, he treated us like old friends or family. We told him what we were looking for and he listened. He took us into the exact home we were hoping for. He answered every question we had and, showed us samples of the flooring. We could not have had an easier or better experience. We would give him 1000 stars if we could. He even helped us with the dreaded financing options and stuck with us throughout the entire thing. There is a store closer but if we had it to do over again, we would still go to Shawn. He left no questions unanswered. If we just dropped in unscheduled to walk through the home again, he would come out to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. This was absolutely the best home buying experience. We even got every option we wanted! Thank you for everything Shawn!!!

When we first set foot at the palm harbor location we have met with Hannah. She sat us down and went through how everything and the process went and we couldn’t be more clearer about buying a mobile home than ever since Hannah explained everything to me piece by piece. She has helped us so much and making sure everything is what we want with our new house and it’s perfect for us. Hannah was very professional and understanding in every aspect. I’m more than glad we had her when we first came in. I would recommend her to anyone looking into a mobile.

UPDATE If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of unprofessionalism and apathy we experienced was shocking. The team was slow to respond, when they responded at all, and the few times we got answers, they were vague or flat-out misleading. They made commitments they never intended to keep and left critical items unfinished. It’s obvious that customer service is not a priority here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. **Avoid This Company** While Hannah was excellent as our salesperson, the experience quickly declined after that. Communication has been poor; we only receive updates if we initiate contact. Our home has been stalled for four months waiting for tape, texture, and trim work. We haven't been given any timelines for when work will resume or when we might be able to move in. Save yourself the stress and consider other companies. ---

Wow! Where to begin! If there was an option for infinity stars that is exactly what we would give! Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with Shawn. I first came in without my husband to check out options and see what would be available to us. After talking with Shawn and expressing my budget, he made a point to keep everything within or under our budget and only show us homes that would qualify (which I deeply appreciated). After finding a home that I LOVED Shawn went out of his way to schedule around his own personal day for my husband to come up and view the house before making any decisions on it. Once my husband viewed the house and we decided to go forward, Shawn made every single step as seamless for our family as possible. This was our first home purchase and we had no idea what to expect, but felt comfortable and taken care of through the entire process. We could not believe how quickly, and efficiently Shawn was able to get things done for us. I am blown away by the amount of care and attention to detail he took while working with us to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for AND MORE. It is also worth mentioning that we started this process right before Christmas, Shawn worked with us even while on his Christmas vacation which is beyond customer service and more than what I would do! I can say with absolute certainty that if we were to go through this process again Shawn would be our guy every time! He treats you like a friend and is 0 bullshit which is what any of us are actually looking for. Shawn is a shark in the best way and deserves a promotion!!!
