This past July 4th! turned out to be one of the greatest Independence Day celebration’s in the past 40 years! The reason, my first visit to Palmer Park where I gathered to celebrate our independence among friends and support out local communities and its leaders. The festivities included an amazing live band, games and entertainment for kids of all ages, and our bluer than ever sky! The vibe of all attendees, their courteous smiles were truly representative of our celebration, the gathering of all people united by our pride as Americans and/or immigrants who may soon become our compatriots. The park, caters to all regardless of your favorite outdoor activities, that is baseball, football, and a lot more. There is on site parking, benches under the shade of beautiful tree canopies, and equipped with night lighting for the evening events. By the way, I enjoyed the delicious “mango sandwiches served by one of the locals known by most residents in City of South Miami, better known as “the city of pleasant living”
