We'd never been to Parfé Diem and just happened to drive by on our way to a birthday dinner. I searched for a bakery nearby after the meal and this place was suggested, so we decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The parfaits are a wonderful combination of different flavors and textures, and I love that you have the option to get them frozen. The pistachio was my favorite, and all the flavors I sampled were so yummy. There isnt much to the place in terms of curb appeal, but it's clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. The gentleman working did a great job, balancing all the customers and managing the hot ovens and baking well. We ended up leaving with a bag of cookie bars for the kids as well. We'd definitely go back.

Quite a hidden gem! I feel like you rarely see shops as unique as parfe diem these days. They specialize in pudding parfaits which I’ve never really had before. I decided to get the OG banana and wish I ordered another flavor to try! It was such a good sweet treat! Although I couldn’t finish it all at once since it started tasting a bit too sweet for me, but it def satisfied my sweet tooth! Love how cute the place is and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Def would recommend! :)

This place is soooo good! Not only are the flavors amazing but I love the sprinkle lights, art and free lemon infused water! I definitely recommend the original gold bar and the OG banana. Can’t wait to come back!!

This place was so good! I wanted to keep going back here but I was only in town for a few days. If I lived here I would have to be careful because I’d be here so often. Got the banana pudding and it was a delicious little whipped cup. Also got the dulce gold bar frozen ice cream treat and it was so so good. Let me know if you expand locations to Denver!
