Great place to live! I've been searching for a high end building with reasonable price for quite some time and I'm glad to find this building with great management and amenities. The management team is very responsible and easy to work with, the concierge team is extremely friendly! All utilities included, 2 gyms which is a huge huge plus for me, and the view facing the pond is impeccable! The price for my apartment is very reasonable, especially you don't have to pay any utilities. Cons: Since this is not a brand new building, I do have a few maintenance requests, but the maintenance team is very responsive and took care of those issues in time. The clubroom is a little bit out dated, and I would appreciate if there are more mini work stations/small meeting rooms, because a lot of people are working from home right now.

I do not live in the facility but I work for a hearing aid company. One of my patients purchased hearing aids and they needed to be set up. After trying for hours on telecare with him he wasn't able to follow the tech set up with me virtually. This patient didn't have any family of friends to help so I took a shot and called down to the office to see if anyone could assist. David answered and was happy to help so we scheduled an appt. When I called for the appt he had his associate Hamid help as he was available. When I say he was WONDERFUL that is an understatement. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help get his tenant set up and even helped walk through his hearing test. I can not thank the staff and most importantly Hamid for his generosity and professionalism. I can tell this is an amazing place to call home and any resident would be lucky to work with the staff here. Thank you for taking care of your residents, especially the seniors!

Awesome Place to LIVE Inn. Located on the side of a beautiful pond which is easily viewable from the front window of this building. Proper cleanliness and security is maintained. I lived here from January 2020 to November 2022 so I lived here for two years. My experience with the apartment complex was generally good overall in fact it was very good. I lived on the first floor which was very quiet aside from the fire door. I didn't have really have any major complaints and that says something about a building the size of a cruise ship. It was clean, quiet, respectful and diverse. Unfortunately I had to leave because of the construction but if it wasn't for the construction I probably would have been here still in 2024. Out of all the places in Cambridge at any person can live low income or not I would recommend this place hands down. With parks around, the bike path and two major bus lines down the road from the house this is the best place to live in Cambridge.
