I have been calling for a whole week about promise to pay that passage home never paid from January!! when I called to express my concern the lady that answer the phone is very rude and didn't have any sympathy for the wrong doing on their behalf if you give a promise to pay from a worker to a business but never pay it looks bad coming from an organization that is supposed to help . Even if it was because a former worker that doesn't work there its still an important matter to resolve .

The website paints a miraculous picture of this organization. I have no idea who is president. Once you contact the intake specialist/case manager...she will respond to you with no elaboration of any future help whatsoever. She will give you over to resources that she is aware are useless and cold towards less fortunate people. If you get tired of people needing your services, stop signing up to be in such position. It must be all for the profit. It is a shame when you can tell where an individual's heart is, simply by them making the less fortunate feel like they're bothering them. No one has called Ann Marshall out as needed. She will remain in position because it's probably political. It most certainly isn't passion for what she's doing. ZERO STARS!

Stay away. They will get you in program and then leave you to fail. They allowed a case manager to steal funding you and your family received, with no explanation, just discharged. Many families were left hurting and in bad situations. When you try to reach CEO, you got nothing. No discharge paperwork or explanation of where money went, and why graduation didn’t happen per the mission! All the workers also were gone when asked about emails and phone calls to them. People went without a case manager for months. The program also partnered with other programs, got kids excited to be able to attend classes of interest, to pay the invoices late or not at all for the classes, and to leave the kids with the answer of there is no funding. Great experience at first….but if you want to be stressed and want a bunch of run around, with all your information, then go for it, other than that do your research. Many people refer you to them, but I’m sure they either don’t know or have a part of the money scandal. Just wish programs like this would be audited.

I have nothing but the highest respect and praise for the the commitment and regards to all of the staff that participated in helping me in my time of need this year. The staff was so patient and helpful in helping me to find a place in such a short time to get me off the street, especially after having a heart attack. Ms. Chelsea was truly a God send on my behalf. She was professional, very considerate, listen to me in vary situation concerning what I was enduring in my time of need. Passage Home is a place where you feel like someone has heart for what you are going through, and they go above and beyond making sure that they will get the job done according to your need and family situation. I rate them AAA, the best. I wish them all the best. As for the next family that comes through their doors I can say that you are being put in the hands of God's special angels that care about what they do. Ms Chelsea thank you and your staff for all you did on my behalf and know that you hold a special place in my life.

Ever since my son has switched to this new case manager named Carissa, he’s been beyond stressed. He calls me damn near everyday with bs from them, all he needs help with is housing. They’re putting him in all kinds of unnecessary classes and things for no reason. They just recently had him in a class when he clearly needed to be working to take care of his family. My son has never had problems getting money, but he’s trying to do it right, and they aren’t helping, they are actually hurting him more than they know
