The amount of knowledge and care I was given (I literally called five different shops before calling PedalJetz with absolutely no help) was so helpful even tho they had nothing to gain by assisting me... We have rented from this shop 3 times now and every experience has been great!! Always accommodating and friendly. We’ve rented beach cruisers and e-bikes from them and both were great. Lots of easy access trails just a few blocks from the shop too! The Jordans (both guys working were named Jordan on 2/15/25) were super nice and very informative. They had a local trail map and provided tips on great areas to bike. Can’t wait to come back on our next Scottsdale trip!

Jordan was amazing. Had a lot of knowledge about the area. Bikes were in great condition. The prices were reasonable. Nice mapped out ride, took us from Scottsdale to Tempe and back, riding along parks , golf courses, and waterways. After a 3 hour ride, bikes still had plenty of battery power, so there was no fear of running out. Jordan also guided to a few lunch options, which were all great recommendations.
