I have to admit this is one of the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried in Colorado. My only small issue is the waitress is serving the food pretty quick. They need to slow down as I like to take my time eating and enjoying my time. They have to know this is not mcdonalds. We went during happy hour and got a few tacos, drinks and some appetizers. The southwest eggrolls were really good along with the fish and al pastor tacos. Guac and drinks were decent. The shrimp taco was a joke, a smattering of corn with 2 fried odd flavored shrimp, no sauce. Want to try their fajitas and enchiladas to get a better idea of the food. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we got, but that’s pearl st for ya.
