This park was thriving on Memorial Day weekend. I decided to take a stroll and get a better feel for what the park was like. It's right off of Metropolitan Pkwy in West End Atlanta. It's a pretty clean park with nice outdoor space the whole family can enjoy. Next to the covered pavilion is an outside fountain for kids to run around and get wet. I also saw tennis and basketball courts in the park. The real highlight for me was the nature trails that seemed to be hiding behind the more opened spaces. I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed my little nature hike. There is a lovely creek that runs through the trail. There were a couple of groups enjoying a hike while playing disc golf. I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

Nice disc golf course and a beautiful park. There were a few friendly volunteers clearing the overgrowth of kudzu and other invasive were hard at work but took the time to chat and help us find the discs that went into the "rough". Overall a great experience!

This is a really spacious park!! There is a playground that's like 3-in-1, there's a splash pad for the kids to get wet on the hot summer days right next to a restroom for changing and using. There's a half court for basketball. Plenty of open space for picnics or playing with your pup. No dog park tho. But it's really pleasant!!

Beautiful disc golf course- but the park bathrooms have been closed for a while. Different pads available based on skill level, and watch out for some steep hills (depending on where your disc lands). Also, consider wearing waterproof boots for stream crossing!
