Grooming: We took our 2 pups in today and saw one of our favorite groomers, Derek. He doesn't know he's our favorite, but he's always so calm with them, kind, and we feel good with our dogs in his hands. Their nails look GREAT and our pups didn't seem scared or worried. Derek's calm spirit makes for a stress free experience for us. We hope Derek knows how good he is!

I can only review based on my experience (or lack of) with the grooming department. They are never staffed!!!!! I have called 3 times over the course of the last 2 weeks about coming in for a simple nail trim and have been turned away, every single time. I call ahead because this location is notorious for not having their grooming department hours updated. I called at 3PM once on a weekday; and everyone from the grooming department had already left for the day… Instead of wanting to maintain their customer’s loyalty, they will literally send you to the Brodie location. I live 2 minutes away from this location, I am not going to drive 10+ miles out of my way for something that takes 5 minutes tops.
