I love this PetSmart so much. The groomers are so talented and kind. My dog always looks incredible and actually anticipates her salon appointment (which wasn’t her experience at Petco). Their entire staff is professional but I have to give a special shout out to Mady. I wanted to try a new style on my poodle and she put my mind at ease and of course she executed the assignment. Matt is also an amazing artist and PetSmart should be grateful they are apart of the team. Thank you guys so much!

I recently had an amazing grooming experience at PetSmart, and I can't recommend them enough! Callie and Matt, the groomers, were absolutely incredible with my fur babies. They were so loving and gentle, which immediately put my pets (and me!) at ease. What really stood out was their complete lack of judgment, even though it had been a whole year since my pets had a proper grooming session. I was a little embarrassed about how long I'd waited, but Callie and Matt were so understanding and reassuring. They just focused on making my pets comfortable and giving them the best possible care. The transformation was remarkable, and my fur babies look and feel so much better. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism Callie and Matt showed. I've learned my lesson and definitely won't be waiting a year again! PetSmart, and especially Callie and Matt, have earned a lifelong customer.

Great place to go now that the racism has been eliminated.I few years ago the racism at this particular pet smart was extremely territorial .But under new management which is Paul . Everyone is treated with the upmost respect.He fired all the employees that had that racial attitude. And hired employees that had the certification of prudence and not smelling of liquor or body odor to boot.This store has really made an turn around.Thanks to Paul. Update it's been an couple years now and I am still going to PetSmart .I have adopted an Chihuahua named randy in 2019 he was 1 year old when I adopted him now he is almost 5 . Banfield clinic is in PetSmart so I have decided to get their plan at 94 dollars an month .I am happy to say that Paul is still the greatest general manager he is an jack of all trades .Also I am thinking of putting randy in PetSmart day camp this summer . Everything is so and vibrant and clean .Paul still has that great attitude that makes an amazing employee with an happy morale.So come on down to the PetSmart on Greenville avenue meet Paul and go home with an happy and vigorous pet.

Let’s just say they’ll never have my business again. I booked my dog in for a full group with furminator and more which was going to be $$$, but she needed it badly. I booked online several days before, and brought her in. Understandably, Saturday's are busy days- so I knew they’d be a little busy. I got to the appointment and they were confused and thought they were just doing a bath. I told them no, I booked a full groom (she literally looks like a yak, she doesn’t just need a silly bath). Then they were like “well we don’t know how this happened in the system and why it let you book a full groom but we can’t do that today”. I drove all the way there to have to be told they can’t even get my dog in today. And the only other times are weekdays which I can’t do because I work full time at an office… I ended up telling them to completely cancel and not reschedule. I knew something was off when my dog was also more nervous in there than usual. She doesn’t usually freak out when I take her to get groomed there but she was whimpering and acting different. Something weird is going on with pet smart and I don’t trust them anymore so they won’t be getting my service again. :(

One stop shop for pet’s physical care with a hospital in the back. They also have the Pet Hotel for full day or overnight boarding stays. Then there’s PetSmart store. All of the products and services are fantastic. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was them increasing cost holiday hotel stays. But without a doubt, dig was well cared for over four days.
