Absolutely horrible experience when my friend and I tried to dial in some ping irons. When we first got there, I told the employee we wanted to find out what color dot my friend was in irons...gave us a club and that was it and we were left alone with zero help. We had to take it upon ourselves to switch the dot color on the head with zero eyes on us the whole time. After trying 3 different dot colors, the "Karen" of the fitting area came over and asked what we were doing there and proceeded to ask follow-up questions to justify herself kicking us out of the bay. I told explained what we were doing, and she continued to push us out of the bay because other people needed it (there was no one waiting btw). In the end, she cost PGA superstore $2k in sales because both of us were going to buy irons...not anymore! I do not recommend this location because the staff is God awful and not helpful at all.

Came in to purchase a driver and a hybrid and walked away with exactly that. Got fitted and hit some clubs by Bernave. He was extremely friendly, personable while being professional and more than willing to help out! Additionally all the other staff members are helpful and friendly every time I go here. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone regardless of skill level.

We purchased golf bags for our 3 boys for Christmas and had each boy saw a specialist to get clubs that best fits their needs. All three boys had an amazing experience with Bill Kuikman at the Mayo location. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun for the boys. I went into store Mayo location to order the clubs from the quotes and the area manager Scott Brubaker was delightful. He was quick, and provided very professional service which is hard to find these days. So lucky to have both of these employees working for the store.
