Call cause I had a bike stolen. So I let the shop know the make and model of the bike (army green Retrospec jax rev folding bike) just in hope the thief is dumb enough to call and ask for a charger and key replacement. I instead of positivity in helping me track it down I got " well we been in the busniess since 2006 once a bikes stolen it's gone." Her words not mine. I wouldn't buy from here if that's how you go about helping or encouraging. Guessing you already bought my bike off the guy huh?
