If I could give no stars I would. My daughter's school used them for their soccer pictures. School ended and still no pictures. I had to finally reach out to them (after they charged me already) and ask where her pictures were. I was told that her paper was taken but no photo of her. I would have been charged $45 dollars for nothing had I have no investigated this myself. This is a horrible way to do business. I also verified with the school that an Indvidual photo of my daughter was indeed taken. I will never be using this company again; they had no intentions of reaching out to me but keeping my money.

We had a very disappointing experience with this photo studio. My children are part of a soccer club and had both individual and team photos taken back in March. About ten days ago, we finally received the photos — but only for one of our twins, and even then, we received two copies of two different photos of the same child. We did pay for both children’s photos back in March and I double-checked the receipt to confirm. Our team coach even texted the studio to explain the issue, but we have not received any response. I also tried calling several times during business hours, but no one ever picked up. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing — not just because of the missing photos, but because of the complete lack of communication. At this point, I’m honestly not sure what else I can do to get the photos I already paid for.

They have been the official photographers for my kid's school. Samatha was extremely helpful in guiding us on combining photo orders into one. She provided an excellent support through email with excellent turn around time. We would send them an email and within minutes we would get a reply with the required information. Very professional and recommended. Of course, not to mention the good quality portraits they churn out.

Nothing about this company was pleasant. They kept telling me that my daughter's pictures weren't ready after a month had gone by. So after i don't know how many times of asking they then tried to tell me that she was not there that day, LOL yes. Yes my daughter was there dressed and present and on time just like everyone else, then after a long time of arguing they asked for what she was wearing and i sent them a picture of her i took that morning, and finally they sent me her picture. They had her assigned to a different child. Should have gotten her pictures for free. I wish everyone still used life touch.

Experience was great during the actual photo shoot at the school; the second time after the school finally made it clear how we get into the back door after hours. However, I didn’t know that the QR code that they gave me belonged to another Senior. That means that I didn’t even get to have my Senior picture put into my last high school year book. My mom was LIVID!!! She called them and at first they passed the blame off and had no idea what she was talking about. Then when they finally figured out that what she was saying was true, they offered her sticker pics to put in yearbooks. Who does that?!? It was the worse Senior picture experience imaginable. Warning to all Seniors for EVERY YEAR: Make sure that they give you the correct QR code card and NOT someone else’s!!!! 😒 They ruined a once in a lifetime experience!! 😳😢
